満開の桜の木の下で家族で散歩してきました。（We had great walk under full bloom cherry trees.）
一週間前の4月24日、ようやく桜が満開。
この写真を撮ったあの日はもう遠い昔のように感じます。
今や新緑が鮮やか。それほど激しい季節の変化。
ようやく半袖、裸足で過ごせるようになってきました。

Just a week ago, finally the cherry trees were in full bloom.
I feel it was already long time ago when we took this photo.
It’s because things are changing a lot. It’s verdurous mountains.
Finally, we can wear short sleeve without a pair of socks.
これで今日もノリノリで走りますか！
花粉症とはちみつヨーグルト(Hay fever & Honey yogurt)
昨秋。
免疫が高まるということで食べ始めた、
”ヨーグルトはちみつ with きな粉”
おかげさまで今年の冬は、風邪で寝込むことなし。
そして春の花粉症もゼロ。
僕には合っているようです。

Since last autumn, I’ve eaten some yogurt with honey and soy powder.
Thanks to it, I did not come down with cold.
Besides, hay fever has gone.
It’s working quite well for me.

北海道と立山を渡る渡り鳥。
まさきっちゃんが飛来しました。

Spring has come. It’s the season for migratory bird to visit.
He is like a migratory bird. He travels between Hokkaido and Tateyama every year. Yes, he is Masaki, our friend whom we met in Hokkaido in 2004.
When we saw this photo, we have tan so much, we though.

美容院クレエに行ってきました(I went to the hair salon, Creer hair.)

美の研究を日々している専門家に任せるのが一番だと思っています。
今日は、美容院クレエに行ってきました。

I simply rely on them when I go to Creer hair since they always study about beauty a lot.
Today I went to there. It was great time, thank you Mr.Kobayashi!
昨日はこれで朝から夕方までロードも山も走り回ってきました。いい感じでした。
別れは出会いの準備(After farewell, there is a new meeting.)
初モスク。
家族4人で行ってきた。
もちろんイスラム教になったわけではない。
友人が国に帰るのでお別れ会が新潟のモスクでおこなわれた。
日本の中の海外に触れた。
また地球のどこかで会いましょう！お互いそう言ってしばしお別れ。

It’s the first time to visit a mosque in my life-time. We visited there with 4 of us.
Of course, we are not Islam. But friends of us hold a farewell party there.
When I came in there, I just felt as if I was in somewhere out of Japan. It’s great experience.
Farewell is a bit sad but we can meet on the earth again as far as we are alive. So we said each other “See you somewhere on the earth!” with wishing we could meet after a while.
昨日はこれで行きました。そろそろ出番です。
